Complaints
We are committed to offering you an excellent service but if you feel we are failing to meet that commitment please notify the person acting in the first instance. If however you prefer not to do this or are not happy with the response please contact Kay Boswell who is our client care director. If we receive a complaint our procedure is as follow:- –
We acknowledge your complaint immediately and let you know who is handling it.
– We investigate thoroughly and we will contact you if we require further details.
– We reply to you within 21 days provided we have all the information we need .
– We may suggest a meeting if this is more appropriate.
If you are not satisfied with our handing of your complaint you can ask the Legal Services Ombudsman to consider the complaint. The time periods for reporting a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman is no longer than :
within 6 months of receiving our final response to your complaint and
No more than one year from the date of the act or omission being complained about: or
No more than one year from the date when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint
