If we receive a complaint our procedure is as follow:-
– We acknowledge your complaint immediately and let you know who is handling it.
– We investigate thoroughly and we will contact you if we require further details.
– We reply to you within 21 days provided we have all the information we need
– We may suggest a meeting if this is more appropriate.
If we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks you may complain to the Legal Services Ombudsman. If you are not satisfied with our handing of your complaint you can ask the Legal Services Ombudsman to consider the complaint.We would draw to your attention there are time limits for bringing your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. Any complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be brought within six months of you receiving our final response to your complaint.
